How to exercise rights – The data subject may address a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. Requests are processed by the Controller as soon as possible.

Legal basis of the processing – The Data Controller processes Personal Data if one of the following conditions exists: the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures; the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject; the processing is necessary to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties. However, it is always possible to ask the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller may amend and make changes to this privacy policy at any time by updating this page. You are therefore advised to visit this page periodically to review the current conditions, as they are binding on you. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User will be required to cease using this site and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data. The previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected up to that point.
